The OffBeat model is to partner with community-based and community-led initiatives in at-risk areas of least developed countries where tourism has the most potential to make positive impact against poverty and ecological devastation. Proceeds from bookings go directly to these communities to benefit biodiversity conservation efforts or other priority areas identified by the community.
Our aim is to see at least 20% of revenues, after service costs, go directly to communities for these efforts, while we take a 15% booking fee.
